Fresh from culinary studies at Le Cordon Bleu, an internship at the 2 Michelin star-rated L'atelier de Joel Robuchon in Paris, and one year under the tutelage of Jean Georges at the Mark Restaurant in New York's upper east side, Gregory Guy came back to Manila eager to share his passion for food. One day, Greg offered to make dessert for a friend and found himself with a cook book in hand, baking an Oreo cheesecake. Great feedback, repeat orders and a growing market later, Cheesecakes by Guy was born.
